Terms of Service

When you purchase a commission you automatically agree to these terms whether you have read them fully or not, please message me if you have any questions!

A. Payments

1. I take payment via Paypal, Ko-Fi, Venmo, and *Amazon Wishlist

2. *For Amazon Wishlist you can dm me to discuss which item and can choose art equivalent to the value of the purchase ( including shipping if applicable )

3. I have the right to decline commissions for various reasons.

4. I won't start work on the commission until I am payed in full. If the full price isn't payed the full product won't be made.

 

A2. Refund Policy

1. No refunds after 3 days unless it is an emergency situation or an issue arises on my end.

2. I will notify the commissioner immediately if an issue arises and I am unable to complete or fulfill the commission. A full refund will be issued in the case that it cannot be fulfilled.

3. If a chargeback is filed or a full refund is given the commissioner forfeit rights to the artwork commissioned. (sketches, lines, etc.)

4. Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.

5. Breaking any part of the refund policy will result in a blacklist.

B. Timeline​

1. The time commissions make take to complete ranges from a week to a month or two after payment is sent unless stated otherwise. Asking for updates is  heavily encouraged! I have a busy schedule with work.

2. I need to be informed if the commission is needed by a deadline. Depending on how soon the deadline is, it might effect the cost of the commission.

3. I mostly work on commissions in order of purchase, but I may go out of order to get smaller commissions out of the way if I have larger ones. I especially like saving  larger commission for the when I get longer stretches of time to focus on them. Commissioners that pay for a deadline may be completed first.

4.  It's preferred and appreciated that commissioners try not to rush/pressure me, it can be overwhelming!  I try my hardest to work on commissions as quick as possible, but also ensure they are of the utmost quality.

C. Changes and Revisions

1. You are free to change commission idea, character, theme, pose (etc.) before the commission has been started! (within reason and price)

2. If you have any special requests for receiving W.I.Ps please tell me! I usually send W.I.Ps after each major stage. Don't be afraid to give corrections or changes!

3. Major changes to already approved drawing stages will cost extra, unless it was a mistake on my part.

 
D. Behavior

1. I will cancel  and refund a commission and blacklist the commissioner if it is found they are blatantly transphobic, racist, homophobic, antisemitic, fatphobic, z**philic, p*dophilic / proship / "m.a.p" , or bigoted in any way. These groups are unwelcome on my page and aren't entitled to my art. I will not tolerate hateful ideologies or harmful behavior.

2. Disrespectful/Rude behavior won't be tolerated. Depending on the situation I can cancel your commission, refund you, and/or blacklist you depending on the degree of the interaction. I try my best to treat all clients with kindness and respect, please do the same for me.

 

​E. After Completion

1. Art not for commercial purposes. Commissioners cannot sell commissioned work, including through sites like redbubble. It can only be used commercially if we discussed it prior to payment for the commission being sent.

2. Absolutely no use in anything Ai. Artwork cannot be uploaded or used in any Ai image generator.

3. Please do not claim my artwork as your own

4. No removing my signature (if included)

5. If there is any issue with the commission, please notify me!

6. 10 days after the commission is complete I will no longer make any edits or changes to the piece.

7. No tracing or recoloring without asking (unless you are fixing something after the 10 day error period or because of personal design changes)

8. Please do not edit SFW artwork to be NSFW or suggestive.

9. If you post my art, please credit me. It means a lot!

10. I post commissioned artwork and use it to advertise my work. If the commissioner would like to keep it private or keep [a gift] a surprise for a period of time then I can hold off on posting it upon request!

 

By purchasing a commission commissioners automatically agree to all current terms. Violation of these terms may result in blacklisting depending on the gravity of the situation and outcome.
